● Rings & Balls – ZrO₂ (Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia) – Sintered advanced ceramic with ≥94% ZrO₂ + Y₂O₃ stabilizer. Density ~6.0 g/cm³, Vickers hardness 1250–1350 HV10, flexural strength ≥1000 MPa. Thermal expansion coefficient 10.3×10⁻⁶/K (matches steel), dielectric strength >15 kV/mm, non-magnetic, non-conductive.

● Cage – PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) – High-performance fluoropolymer offering the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material (0.04–0.10). Provides exceptional chemical resistance to virtually all acids, alkalis, and solvents. Temperature range: -70°C to +260°C continuous. PTFE cages reduce friction, minimize wear, and eliminate lubrication requirements in many applications.

● Shields – ZZ (Metal Shields, Both Sides) – Non-contact metal shields protect the bearing from contamination while allowing high-speed operation. The ZZ designation indicates shields on both sides, providing effective protection against particulate ingress while maintaining low running torque.
